Cameroonian Rapper, Stanley Enow has announced that he will be dropping the mic ‘soon’.
Stanley was replying to a Twitter user who questioned his supposed silence, implying that he had retired.
“Did Stanley Enow announce his retirement, or he just left us to figure it out?” questioned the twitter user, @triplesergeNOW.
In a rather funny twist, Stanley Enow failed to take offense, but explained that he was working underground.
His reply: “Yβall talk too much ! He is working in silence but is soon retiring tho π₯π₯π₯”
He however did not mention how soon his supposed retirement will come. It is believed the remark was meant to be a sarcastic response to the troll.
Enow shot to prominence in 2013 after the release of hit track, Hein Père. The song, one of his most celebrated went on to get him multiple recognitions including Male Artist of the Year and Urban Artist of the Year.
He went on to grab Best New Act award at the 2014 MTV Africa Music Awards.
Enow’s last release, Parapariparo came three months ago.
In addition to carrying out intense promotion of the dance track, Enow has promised more works for his fans in the weeks ahead.
Close to two weeks ago, he was featured on Fresh Guy’s ICY video.
