Our projects

Voices of a Generation: The 2025 Youth Vote
With over 60% of Cameroon’s population under 35, youth participation in governance is crucial. However, voter apathy remains a major challenge. Voices of a Generation is a storytelling project that gives young Cameroonians a platform to share their thoughts, experiences, and hopes for the 2025 presidential election. The project seeks to highlight how politics affects every aspect of daily life and encourage youth engagement in electoral processes.
Camer Today Excellence Awards
In a bid to celebrate excellence in journalism, CTNP partnered with the Cameroon Association of Media Professionals (CAMP) to introduce student categories at the prestigious VIMMA Awards. The Camer Today Excellence Award for Best Feature Story and the Camer Today Spotlight Award for Best News Report recognize outstanding journalism students who demonstrate skill, originality, and dedication to impactful storytelling. This initiative bridges the gap between academic training and professional media practice, inspiring the next generation of journalists in Cameroon.
