Flora Kameni scored a hat-trick as FC Ebolowa thrashed TP Elect-Sport 5-1 to maintain their perfect start in the 2025 Women’s Champions League Central African Football Federation Union (UNIFFAC) qualifiers on Saturday.

The 23-year-old Indomitable Lionesses forward cancelled out the Felicite Beral opener in the first minute before scoring twice in the second half to cap-off an impressive display.

Kameni increased the advantage for her team with a third goal on 67 minutes and added a fourth 10 minutes later.

Ornella Beuleu had put the team ahead before the break while Bernadette Nga Mballa was also on the scoresheet.

The win helped FC Ebolowa to go two points clear at the top. The Cameroon champions are on standby one matchday three and face AC Colombe of Congo Brazzaville in their third game on September 26.

In the other game played on Saturday, host team 15 de Agosto of Equatorial Guinea came from behind twice to draw with FA M’Sichana of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) in a six-goal thriller.

It is the second win for the Guinness Super League holders in the ongoing UNIFFAC qualifiers. They defeated FA M’Sichana of the DRC 2-0 to get off to a winning start.

The CAF Women’s Champions League UNIFFAC qualifier is taking place in Equatorial Guinea.

The five-nation tournament is expected to run from September 17-29. The best team will qualify for the 5th edition of the CAF Women’s Champions League.

FC Ebolowa is aiming to make history by becoming the first Cameroonian club to qualify for the premier women’s club competition.
