FC Ebolowa opened their 2025 CAF Women’s Champions League Central African Football Federation Union (UNIFFAC) qualifiers with an emphatic 2-0 victory over FA M’Sichana of the Democratic Republic of Congo, DRC.
The reigning Cameroon Guinness Super League scored in both halves of the game to secure their first win of the qualifiers yesterday at the Estadio de Malabo.

FC Ebolowa sealed the win seven minutes after the restart through Raissa Nnanga. She expertly controlled an inch-perfect cross from Adrienne Mekuko and finished clinically from close range.
The Cameroonian flag bearers face TP Elec Sport of Chad in their second game of the qualifiers with the hopes of strengthening their bid to become the first Cameroonian club to feature in the CAF Women’s Champions League.
Amical Club Colombe of Congo Brazzaville, and host team FC 15 de Agosto of Equatorial Guinea are also eyeing the lone available ticket to qualify for the women’s CAF Champions League.
The CAF Women’s Champions League UNIFFAC qualifier is taking place in Equatorial Guinea.
The five-nation tournament is expected to run from September 17-29. The best team will qualify for the 5th edition of the premier women’s club competition.
In the other game host team FC15 de Agosto thrashed Amical Club Colombe of Congo Brazzaville 5-0 to top the group.
